You’ll learn why confidence has nothing to do with personality and everything to do with clarity. When you don’t know what to say or ask, your brain goes into protection mode and you start overexplaining, hesitating, and second-guessing yourself. But when you have structure, everything changes.

We talk about why most insecurity in sales comes from being self-focused. When your attention is on how you sound, how you’re perceived, or whether they like you… you lose connection. But when you shift your focus to serving the person in front of you, conversations feel natural again.
