She founded The Leaders' Table Network for Christian Women because she watched too many talented Christian women in business try to carry leadership alone — surrounded by contacts, short on real relationships. The Leaders' Table exists to change that: a faith-centered community where Christian women in business build the relationships, leadership, and confidence to lead well — and to stop leading alone.

Today, Lindsay convenes The Leaders' Table chapters across North Houston TX, hosts The Leaders' Table podcast, and writes and speaks on faith, leadership, and business — but her real job is curating the room, deciding who it's for, protecting what makes it work, and making sure every woman who pulls up a chair leaves better equipped to lead.
