A Little More of My Story

If you'd told me years ago that I'd one day be teaching women how to sell with confidence, I probably wouldn't have believed you.

My career began in healthcare, where I earned my Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) and spent years helping patients make life-changing decisions. Later, I transitioned into hearing technology sales, where I received extensive sales training and discovered that the best sales professionals weren't the ones who applied the most pressure — they were the ones who built the most trust.

As my husband and I built our own business, I experienced firsthand the challenges of entrepreneurship. I know what it's like to wear every hat, wonder where the next client will come from, and realize that growing a business requires more than a great product or service.

Along the way, I noticed something that broke my heart.

So many talented women were struggling to grow their businesses — not because they lacked expertise, but because they lacked confidence in sales conversations. They avoided follow-up, hesitated to talk about their services, and believed they had to choose between being authentic and being successful. They weren't afraid of hard work. They simply wanted a way to grow their businesses without compromising their values.

That's why I do this.

I believe God calls us to faithfully steward what He's entrusted to us — and I believe relationships are among our greatest stewardship responsibilities. When we intentionally lead conversations and relationships, serve people well, and guide them toward the decisions that are best for them, we honor both the people we serve and the God we serve.

I also believe something else with my whole heart: when women make money, their impact multiplies. They invest in their families, strengthen their communities, support ministries, create opportunities for others, and generously advance God's Kingdom.
