Christian Women in Business Deserve

More Than a Network.

Meet Lindsay.

Dr. Lindsay Fletcher holds a Doctor of Audiology and spent years in sales leadership before becoming a business owner herself — work that's sold and coached more than $42 million along the way. That background shapes how she leads now: relationship-first, faith-fueled, and allergic to anything that treats people like a pipeline.

She founded The Leaders' Table because she watched too many talented Christian women in business try to carry leadership alone — surrounded by contacts, short on real relationships. The Leaders' Table exists to change that: a faith-centered community where Christian women in business build the relationships, leadership, and confidence to lead well — and to stop leading alone.

Today, Lindsay convenes The Leaders' Table across two chapters in The Woodlands, TX, hosts the Leading Well podcast, and writes and speaks on faith, leadership, and business — but her real job is curating the room, deciding who it's for, protecting what makes it work, and making sure every woman who pulls up a chair leaves better equipped to lead.

Why Women Choose to Sit at The Leaders' Table

Faith — Biblical principles shape how members lead, relate, and steward what they've been given.

Stewardship — Turning introductions into relationships, and relationships into impact.

Relationships Before Transactions — Business happens at the Table, but people aren't pipelines, numbers or just contacts in your CRM.

Sharpening — Iron sharpens iron; encouragement sometimes sounds like challenge.
