Business and faith do not have to be separate. Learn how to grow your network, build referral partnerships and connect on a deeper level with your customers so you can close more sales and grow your business while keeping Jesus at the center of it all.

After owning several businesses, I've learned...
Sales and marketing strategies should be repeatable.
For your business to produce uncommon results, you have to stick to a plan.
Leading a faith-centered business will allow you make more impact.
Make sales & marketing the easiest, most consistent part of your business.
Get more leads and close more sales without posting more or working more.
Grow your network and your business.
Strategize with God so that your business impact is exponential.

I’m Lindsay Fletcher, your business growth and relationship strategist. I teach women how to grow their network, get leads and then convert those leads to happy clients who come back for more! I believe we are being called to build businesses that honor God with our resources, specifically time and relationships. so we can walk in our callings as business owners and women.
We are called to make an impact and and income.
I’ve been an entrepreneur for as long as I remember. I was around 10 years old when I tried to start my first business: a cleaning business with my friend Kristin.
Fast forward to adulthood (but still several, several years ago), I was working part-time as an audiologist and I started a side hustle business that I could do in the nooks and crannies of the days that I was home with my boys. I literally had no idea what I was doing and I had no one to mentor or coach me.
So, I did what a lot of us do when we start businesses…I ran the social media hamster wheel of death. I posted and posted and posted, and nothing would happen. I had no idea how to attract clients, talk about my products, or build business relationships. My heart was in the right place, but I went about building a business all wrong.
I wish I could say that was the only business that I've "failed" at. I later started a photography business. And again, I had know idea what I was doing business-wise. I had no idea how to get leads or when I got a lead, how to work that lead and turn it into a paying customer.
So, I tried what the “gurus” of that time said to do, I followed all of their advice and it got me nowhere…I was able to grow a following of over 1k people, but nothing was happening. I tried giving away photo shoots to grow my portfolio in return for a referral if they were happy with the photos. I tried having “models” that would share their photos and tag me so their friends would see my photos. I literally did all the things that they said to do, and I wasn’t making any money and I was spending so much time with nothing to show for it.
I’ve had 3 more “failed” businesses since, and here’s what I can tell you:
I finally figured out a system. My husband and I now own a local service business and it is thriving. We serve 250 clients weekly, plus more that call us for one-time services, and most of those one-timers call us several times a year.
Building great business relationships is the key to business growth. If you are just starting out or struggling to grow your business, focusing on people is the answer. I'll teach you how we've build a profitable business through relationships.
