The Leaders' Table is more than a networking group.

It's a community of Christian women in small business who are committed to faithfully stewarding the businesses God has entrusted to them.

Every month, we gather in person to build relationships, grow as leaders, and develop our businesses. Visitors are always welcome at these meetings.

Members continue the conversation throughout the month with weekly mastermind and Power Hour sessions. Together, we solve challenges, brainstorm ideas, strengthen sales leadership, make strategic connections, celebrate wins, and sharpen one another to become the leaders our businesses require.

Around this table, we don't just exchange business cards.

We raise the standard.

We become known, trusted, and chosen because of how we lead.

Women who are already in business and have some momentum behind them, like clients, a track record, and a sense that the next stage is going to ask more of them than the last one did. Most of the women at the table have been at this a while. They're past "should I start a business?" and into the harder questions: pricing, hiring, delegating, getting out of the day-to-day, and figuring out who they need to become to lead what they've built.

If you are newer to business, you're welcome to visit. You'll hear conversations from women a few steps ahead of you, and some newer owners tell me that's exactly what they needed. Years in business matter less than whether you're ready to be challenged, contribute, and act on what you hear.

Our community is built on Christian values. We pray in Jesus' name, follow Biblical principles in business. Respectful participation is a must.

No. Relationships matter, but they're only the beginning. The Leaders' Table is a place where Christian women sharpen one another, grow as leaders, strengthen their sales skills, and faithfully steward the businesses God has entrusted to them. Networking happens naturally because of the relationships we build.

Every week, members come together to pray in Jesus' name, solve business challenges, brainstorm ideas, practice sales conversations, review messaging, strengthen follow-up strategies, make connections, and keep one another accountable to faithfully stewarding the businesses God has called us to build. You'll leave each week with clarity, encouragement, and a plan to move forward.

If you're looking for people who will simply cheer you on or tag you on Facebook posts, this may not be the right fit.

Membership pricing is shared during the application process, so each woman gets the rate that fits her business along with a clear picture of what's included. Nonprofits receive a reduced rate.

The best first step is to visit a table and see what it's like. When you're ready, apply to become a member, and pricing details will follow.

No. There are no referral quotas, no weekly numbers to hit, and no tracking of who passed business to whom. Membership isn't industry-exclusive either, so two photographers, three realtors, or a handful of financial advisors can all be members.

That's on purpose. Some of the most useful conversations happen between women who do the same work. They can talk pricing, compare what's working with clients, share the vendors and systems they trust, and send overflow work to someone they know will handle it well. Another woman in your industry can be the person who understands your business best, and around this table, collaboration wins over competition.

Referrals still happen, and often. When women get to know each other's businesses and see how each other operates, trust builds and introductions follow on their own. Time at the table goes toward the conversations that move a business forward: pricing, hiring, follow-up, hard decisions, and the growth that comes from being around women who expect more of you.

Each table meets for one hour. The meeting opens with prayer, then everyone shares a short commercial: who you are, what your business does, and who you serve. It's a quick way to learn who's at the table.

The rest of the hour goes to Table Talk. Instead of working the crowd, you'll have a deeper conversation with the women seated around you about the parts of business that don't come up at most networking events, like leading well, stewarding what you've built, making hard decisions, and wrestling with money and growth. Expect honest answers and a few good questions you'll still be thinking about on the drive home.
